Leadership & Management
Michael O’Shaughnessey
President & CEO
Michael joined iLumen in 2004 and is involved in all aspects of the company’s industry-leading customer solutions and implementation team. He leverages his previous experience as a chief financial officer to create customized training solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Under his leadership, iLumen has significantly grown its franchise and industry association segments. Prior to iLumen, Michael spent 10 years with Bank of America where he played a key role in business lending, selling new services, approving loans and managing a portfolio of companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
Andy Dyer
Chief Technology Officer
Andy is responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of iLumen’s software products. Before joining iLumen in 2006, he held strategic technical management roles in organizations of all sizes, from startup to Fortune 100. He specializes in introducing professional discipline and best-practice standards into all software development processes. Andy attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor of Science in industrial management and then earned a Master of Science in software development management from the University of Maryland University College. He has been recognized as a Microsoft Certified Professional and as a Certified Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Bineetha Ramachandran
Vice President, Customer Success
Bineetha has been with iLumen since 2010 and oversees the iLumen client experience in addition to being responsible for the testing and quality assurance of all products. She has considerable prior experience in corporate finance and client support. Prior to joining iLumen, Bineetha held a consultant position at Lumen Consulting where she consulted with numerous mid-market companies in Atlanta in the fields of finance management, bank financing and sales management. She holds an MBA in finance from Georgia State University and was the recipient of the Coleman Foundation Award. While at Georgia State, Bineetha co-authored “Value-Based Management: A New Paradigm.”
