Professional Services IconiLumen’s Professional Services Organization (PSO)  has the hands-on experts to get our implementation of the iDEA™ Integrated Platform up and running smoothly and efficiently, accelerating return on investment.  Our experienced installation team has a broad depth of knowledge in industry practices for both the financial services and Accounting industries.  With a focus on effective planning, project management, and training we are able to implement an integrated solution in a cost-effective manner while meeting our customer’s business objectives.
PSO brings expertise in multiple areas, including:

  • Project Planning – Initial planning is a key to determining and prioritizing the high-level business and technical requirements for implementation of iLumen’s technologies.  Our needs-assessment process helps our prospective customer focus appropriate attention in evaluating all key requirements and mapping them to an iLumen solution that best meet their needs. 
  • Project Management – Once the objectives are determined, iLumen brings to bear a standard process and methodology for our implementations.   Consistency and repeatability are essential in the deployment of solutions and coordination of projects.  Phases are clearly established, task responsibilities are assigned, and work is kept on schedule.
  • Branding and Customizations – iLumen’s products are standardized, but flexible enough to meet the needs of each customer.  PSO works with our customers to identify those “changeable options” to  allow each implementation to fit an organizations unique needs.
  • Training – iLumen offers our customers specialized training for all parts of the iDEA™ Integrated Platform.  Users will be trained on the benefits of the service and how to use all relevant aspects of the technology. This is usually accomplished through inter­active online trainings and can be held at the convenience of the end users.  In-person is also available.
