PKF North American Network and iLumen Announce Strategic Relationship

ATLANTA, GA, July 5, 2006 - PKF North American Network, an association of independently owned accounting and consulting firms, and iLumen, Inc., today jointly announced a strategic relationship to provide financial monitoring and benchmarking services to its member firms and those of ProfitCrew, Inc.™, PKF’s new sister entity.

PKF North American Network has 89 member firms in the US, Canada and Mexico representing more than $621 million in total revenues. Just-launched ProfitCrew™ is an association of accountants and business advisors dedicated to helping contractors build profitable businesses.
