Harland Financial Solutions to Offer the iLumen Financial Information Network to CreditQuest Users

Atlanta, GA, January 3, 2007 -iLumen, Inc. announced today that Harland Financial Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of John H. Harland Company (NYSE: JH), has formed an alliance to bring the iLumen Financial Information Network to Harland Financial Solutions 6,000 plus financial institution clients.

The iLumen Network is a complementary solution to CreditQuest®, Harland Financial Solutions’ end-to-end commercial Credit Management System. The iLumen Network automates the direct flow and standardization of financial information from a private company’s accounting system into CreditQuest. This enables financial institutions to make this process easier and more secure for their commercial customers while dramatically improving internal efficiencies to reduce costs.

The iLumen Network is offered by financial institutions to their commercial customers. The network provides unique insight into a business through analysis of their own financial performance with the added value of comparing their financial trends to industry averages.
