iLumen announces the expansion of its Board and Executive Team
Atlanta, GA, May 15, 2009 – Atlanta, GA – iLumen, Inc. announces the expansion of its Board of Directors and new executive management. “We are thrilled by the expansion of our board and executive team. These moves signify and support our ability to grow iLumen’s footprint to capitalize on our expanding market opportunity. The caliber and experience of each new member of our team has added a critical new element to drive results relative to our strategy and performance criteria” said Bob Woosley, co-founder of iLumen.

William G. Wade - Chairman
Bill Wade is the founder and organizing executive of Company.com, a business-to-business information and lead generation services portal for SMBs, which launched in 2009 by way of its acquisition of Matchpoint.com. Prior to Company.com, Bill served as Vice Chairman of Sage Payment Solutions, a division of Sage Software plc, a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange. Bill was President of Sage Payment Solutions from February 2006 until January 2008 prior to his promotion to Vice Chairman in 2008. Prior to the acquisition of Verus Financial Management by Sage Software, Bill served as Executive Vice President (President effective 2005), corporate secretary and board member for Verus Financial Management, Inc. Verus and its subsidiary operations processed in excess of $8 billion in transaction settlement activity annually prior to the acquisition by Sage Software. Bill merged Network 1 Financial (NET1) as the platform company for Verus's operations and also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, and President of Network 1 Financial, a payment processing company he founded in 1989. Bill performed his undergraduate studies in the field of restaurant management administration from UNH.
Robert Woosley - Director
Bob Woosley is a pioneer in the application of technologies that acquire, standardize and analyze financial information. In 2000, he co-founded iLumen following 20 years as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and as a senior partner with Atlanta-based CPA firm Frazier & Deeter. Bob also served as iLumen's Chairman and CEO until December 2008. Mr. Woosley's industry experience and financial consulting expertise has assisted in delivering a needed business solution through a technology architecture that streamlines critical business processes in banking, accounting and corporate environments. During his career Mr. Woosley has served on the boards of several private companies and has advised businesses in different capacities over a 25 year period. Bob remains active in iLumen’s strategy and business development initiatives.
Judith E. Starkey - Director
Judith Starkey was the founder of Chamberlin Edmonds & Associates, Inc. (CEA) - an innovative solution for hospitals and physicians to secure funding for indigent patients. Due to a personal situation, Judy was able to develop a process for tapping into government dollars for the disabled and under-insured. Judy began the firm in 1986 and sold it in 2008. During her tenure, three rounds of capital were raised and the Company became the largest nationally known financial solution for the uninsured patient. Judy is a graduate of SpringHill College with a Master's Degree from Georgia State University. Judy currently participates on the boards of three privately held companies as well as three not-for-profit entities including Baddour Memorial Center (a community for adults with intellectual disabilities); CADEF (Childhood Autism Education Foundation) and the Emory Hospital Visiting Committee.
Ron Verni - Director
Ron Verni was most recently CEO of Corrigo, Inc., a leading Software as a Service (SAAS) company focused on the service sector. Before that he was President & CEO of Sage Software, Inc, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sage Group, plc. Under his leadership, the company grew from less than $160 million in revenue to over $1 billion, from under 1,000 employees to over 5,000, and from 1 million business customers to over 2.5 million. Ron also engineered over 20 acquisitions and oversaw their successful integration into the company. Prior to Sage Software, Ron was President and CEO of Peachtree Software, Inc., a leading pioneer in business management solutions for small to medium size businesses. Ron also was a Vice President of Marketing with Automatic Data Processing, President and CEO of NEBS Software, Inc., and the founder and CEO of ASTEC Software. Ron currently serves on the Board of Directors of Craneware.
Robert Werder - Director
Bob Werder is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Werder served in the Chemical Corps of the U.S. Army for two years as a 1st Lt. Engineer. Upon leaving the U.S. Army, Bob had a successful career at Texaco before going on to become Chairman and owner of Electronic Tabulating Service, Inc. (ETS), a healthcare data processing company that pioneered the submission of healthcare insurance claims electronically beginning in the early 80's. He sold ETS to Equifax in 1994.
Michael V. Canzian
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Canzian has responsibility for all aspects of iLumen’s strategic and operational direction and management. Before joining iLumen in 2008, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Services Group responsible for all aspects of the holding company's reformation and growth strategy for its parking and transportation operations. Prior to ASG, Michael was President and CEO of UMG Financial, Inc., a high growth financial services holding company. Prior to founding Capital Mobility Ventures, a corporate turn around and buyout firm, Mr. Canzian held various senior positions within BAE SYSTEMS and British Aerospace, most recently serving as President and Senior Vice President & GM of global subsidiary companies Jet Acceptance Corporation and Regional Aircraft, Inc. with annualized revenue of $500m. He has a MBA from Georgetown University, a BS degree from Purdue University, and is active on various boards.
