Michael V. Canzian
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Canzian has responsibility for all aspects of iLumen’s strategic and operational direction and management.  Before joining iLumen in 2008, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Services Group responsible for all aspects of the holding company's reformation and growth strategy for its parking and transportation operations. Prior to ASG, Michael was President and CEO of UMG Financial, Inc., a high growth financial services holding company with divisions in mortgage banking, wealth management, securities and private investments. Prior to founding Capital Mobility Ventures, a corporate turn around and buyout firm, Mr. Canzian held various senior positions within BAE SYSTEMS and British Aerospace, most recently serving as President and Senior Vice President & GM of global subsidiary companies Jet Acceptance Corporation and Regional Aircraft, Inc. with annualized revenue of $500m. He has a MBA from Georgetown University, a BS degree from Purdue University, and is active on various boards.

 

Loren Eckart
Executive Vice President and Co-Founder

Mr. Eckart oversees the company's product innovation, marketing and partnerships.  Loren co-founded iLumen as an outgrowth of a CPA and business consulting practice that specialized in financial analysis and advisory services to small and mid-market companies. Mr. Eckart oversees the data and analytical standards employed in the iLumen technology platform and continues to drive product strategy for iLumen's service lines. In addition to his financial consulting background, Loren also brings Fortune 100 industry experience in both operations management and product development gained from ten years within the industrial and consumer products industries.  Loren has a MBA from Georgia Tech and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Andy Dyer
Vice President, Technology

Mr. Dyer is responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of the company's software products.  Dyer graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Management, holds an M.S. in Software Development Management from the University of Maryland UC, and has been recognized as a Microsoft Certified Professional and as a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. He has held strategic technical management roles in organizations of all sizes, from startup to Fortune 100, and for the past ten years has specialized in introducing professional discipline and best practice standards into all software development processes.

 

Stephen J. Culp
Vice President, Professional Services

Mr. Culp is a 15-year veteran of technology management and consulting, with extensive experience in financial services implementations. Stephen oversees client implementations and ongoing account management to ensure that deliverables exceed customer expectations. He joined iLumen, Inc. in 2005 after five years with S1 Corporation, acting as a Director in their Professional Services Organization (PSO). He started his career with First Union Corporation and developed its first Internet presence and e-commerce technologies.  Stephen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 

Bineetha Ramachandran
Vice President, Customer Support and Quality Assurance

Ms. Ramachandran manages the ongoing support component of the iLumen client experience and is also responsible for testing and quality assurance of all iLumen products.  Ms. Ramachandran has been at iLumen since 2000 and has considerable prior experience in corporate finance and client support. Prior to iLumen, Ms. Ramachandran held a consultant position at Lumen Consulting and consulted with numerous mid market companies in Atlanta in the fields of Finance Management, Bank Financing and Sales Management.   Ms. Ramachandran holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University where she became highly involved with local entrepreneurs through the International Center for Entrepreneurship and was the recipient of the Coleman Foundation Award. During her education at Georgia State, Ms. Ramachandran also co-authored” Value-Based Management: A New Paradigm” with one of her Finance professors.
