William G. Wade- Chairman

Bill Wade is the founder and organizing executive of Company.com, a business-to-business information and lead generation services portal for SMBs, which launched in 2009 by way of its acquisition of Matchpoint.com.  Prior to Company.com, Bill served as Vice Chairman of Sage Payment Solutions, a division of Sage Software plc, a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange. Bill was President of Sage Payment Solutions from February 2006 until January 2008 prior to his promotion to Vice Chairman in 2008. Prior to the acquisition of Verus Financial Management by Sage Software, Bill served as Executive Vice President (President effective 2005), corporate secretary and board member for Verus Financial Management, Inc. Verus and its subsidiary operations processed in excess of $8 billion in transaction settlement activity annually prior to the acquisition by Sage Software. Bill merged Network 1 Financial (NET1) as the platform company for Verus's operations and also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, and President of Network 1 Financial, a payment processing company he founded in 1989. Bill performed his undergraduate studies in the field of restaurant management administration from UNH.

Stiles A. Kellett III- Director

Stiles Kellett is the founder and Chairman and CEO of Restore Health Group (RHG). RHG focuses on the Rehabilitation of clients with Neurobehavioral disorders associated with traumatic brain injuries. RHG currently has 6 facilities and over 200 employees. Prior to founding Restore Health Group, Mr. Kellett was the Director of Strategic Planning and an Operations Analyst for Convalescent Services, Inc. CSI owned and operated over 40 healthcare facilities ranging from skilled nursing facilities to long term rehabilitation hospitals. Mr. Kellett has been involved in the funding and participation in several Venture Capital and Private Equity investments. Mr. Kellett lives in Atlanta and is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Judith E. Starkey- Director

Judith Starkey is the founder of Chamberlin Edmonds & Associates, Inc. (CEA) - an innovative solution for hospitals and physicians to secure funding for indigent patients. Due to a personal situation, Judy was able to develop a process for tapping into government dollars for the disabled and under-insured. Judy began the firm in 1986 and sold it in 2008. During her tenure, three rounds of capital were raised and the Company became the largest nationally known financial solution for the uninsured patient. Judy is a graduate of SpringHill College with a Master's Degree from Georgia State University. Judy currently participates on the boards of three privately held companies as well as three not-for-profit entities including Baddour Memorial Center (a community for adults with intellectual disabilities); CADEF (Childhood Autism Education Foundation) and the Emory Hospital Visiting Committee. Judy is also a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club.

Robert Werder- Director

Bob Werder is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Werder served in the Chemical Corps of the U.S. Army for two years as a 1st Lt. Engineer. Upon leaving the U.S. Army, Bob had a successful career at Texaco before going on to become Chairman and owner of Electronic Tabulating Service, Inc. (ETS), a healthcare data processing company that pioneered the submission of healthcare insurance claims electronically beginning in the early 80's. He sold ETS to Equifax in 1994.

Robert Woosley- Director / Co-Founder

Bob Woosley is a pioneer in the application of technologies that acquire, standardize and analyze financial information. In 2000, he co-founded iLumen following 20 years as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and as a senior partner with Atlanta-based CPA firm Frazier & Deeter. Bob also served as iLumen's Chairman and CEO until December 2008. Mr. Woosley's industry experience and financial consulting expertise has assisted in delivering a needed business solution through a technology architecture that streamlines critical business processes in banking, accounting and corporate environments. During his career Mr. Woosley has served on the boards of several private companies and has advised businesses in different capacities over a 25 year period. Bob remains active in iLumen’s strategy and business development initiatives.
